Recipe: Balsamic Strawberry Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 pint strawberries, stemmed and sliced
  • 4 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbl full-bodied red wine
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small glass bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Yields about 1 1/2 cups.
