Avocado Salsa

Recipe: Avocado Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
  • 4 small red tomatoes, diced
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 1 green pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1 jalapeno, finely diced
  • 1 green chili, finely diced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 Tbl red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbl extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 drops Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine avocado, tomatoes, onion, jalapeno and green chili and mix well. Mash garlic and salt in a small bowl. Add vinegar, oil and Tabasco sauce. Pour this mixture over avocado, tomatoes, onion, jalapeno and green chili and toss. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
