Recipe: Avocado and Tomato Wraps

Ingredients

  • 6 fresh corn tortillas, warmed
  • 3 large avocados, sliced thinly
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 c finely sliced red onion
  • Fresh cilantro, washed and shredded
  • 1 small jalapeño, washed and finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Lay sliced avocados onto warmed tortillas, salt and pepper to taste. Lay sliced red onion and then sprinkle with cilantro and jalapeño bits. Roll and serve.
