Recipe: Avocado and Crab Meat Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 can low-free cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c light cream
  • 1 tsp white onion, minced
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ¼ tsp salt Dash of black pepper
  • 1 (7 ½ oz) can crab meat, drained and washed
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and diced

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except avocado in a medium saucepan and cook over medium/low heat. When soup bubbles around the edges, add avocados and heat thoroughly. Serve immediately.
