Recipe: Artichoke Heart Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 (6.5oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 3 plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 Tbl red onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c black olives, chopped
  • 1 Tbl garlic, chopped
  • 2 Tbl fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl mix together artichoke hearts, tomatoes, onion, olives, garlic, salt and pepper. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Yields about 2 cups.
