Recipe: Angel Hair in Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Capellini pasta
  • ¼ c olive oil
  • ¼ c chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • ½ c freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook Capellini as directed on package. Meanwhile, heat oil in a medium skillet over medium high heat. Sauté parsley and garlic in oil, over medium/high heat until garlic is fragrant and lightly browned. Drain Capellini and mix with garlic mixture. Top with cheese. Serve with pepper.
