Recipe: Aioli Fish

Ingredients

  • 1 – 2 lbs. fish fillets of choice
Aioli Sauce:
  • ½ c lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 ½ c olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 eggs
Fish Marinade:
  • 2 Tbl oil
  • 1/3 c soy sauce
  • 2 Tbl brown sugar
  • 1 Tbl red wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 Tbl grated fresh ginger or
  • ¼ tsp ginger powder

Instructions

  • Aioli Sauce:
  1. Put first 6 ingredients in blender and blend at low to medium speed. Slowly drizzle oil as blender runs. Sauce will thicken. Don’t over blend; sauce will thin. Set aside to serve over cooked fish.
  • Fish Marinade:
  1. Mix all ingredients. Pour over fish fillets in glass or plastic bowl. Marinate 2 to 4 hours. Grill or broil fish.
  2. Pour aioli sauce over fish and serve.
